These Terms govern your use of AlphaRPM ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@alpharpm.com.

The service

AlphaRPM is software for managing properties, units, leases, tenants, maintenance, accounting, and rent payments. We provide the software; landlords are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for their relationships with their tenants.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Landlords are responsible for the tenant and property information they add and for having the right to use it.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security or another organization's data, or interfere with its operation.

Rent payments and ACH authorization

Payments are processed by Stripe; bank connections may use Plaid. By initiating a payment, you authorize a debit (ACH) from the bank account you select for the amount shown, and you confirm you are authorized to use that account.
ACH payments typically take a few business days to clear and can be returned (e.g., insufficient funds). Returned payments may be reversed in your account, and applicable fees may apply.
Landlords receive payouts through their connected Stripe account and are responsible for any taxes on amounts received.
AlphaRPM is not a bank, lender, or money transmitter; payment and banking services are provided by our partners under their terms.

No professional advice

AlphaRPM provides tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own compliance and for consulting professionals where needed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaRPM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
