Receipts always appear in the tenant's portal. When email sending is set up, each receipt is also emailed — showing your business name as the sender, with tenant replies going to your reply-to address.

When on, every successful online (ACH) rent payment emails the tenant a receipt automatically. You can always send one manually from the rent ledger too.
